Yet it is hard to avoid

As it acts in stealth,

Creeps up upon you

Or lurks just behind,

Throughout arguments

That you have in life,

Or during your work time

Either way it infects your mind,

And slowly kills those

Who find yourself blind,

To the toll that it takes

Upon your physical and mental health.
