Pressure builds but on the wrong people

Those responsible keep their heads down low,

Sloping shoulders to avoid accountability

This seems to be the state of how people behave,

And so upon others the shit flows down

Who suffocates under it without a sound,

Trying hard to ease the pressure

By doing what the others responsible should have done,

But who could not leave it or slope their shoulders

Until they ensure what’s needed gets actioned,

This is the curse of those who care enough that the pressure is eased.
