Summer heat and summer fun

We have play and fun by the tons,

Factoring up so we don’t get burned

A hard lesson that most of us learned,

Like drinking too much in the afternoon

Under the blistering sun we know the truth,

That if we don’t hydrate with water then

Heatstroke will almost certainly strike again,

So it’s all good fun but be carefully and happy

Enjoy these moments because they don’t last long,

Make joyful memories that you can revisit

And learn to appreciate it when the summer is done.
