Welcome to this dystopian life
A world of confusing darkness and light,
Welcome to rollercoaster ride
Where tears from laughter and where you cried,
Mingle in the moments beyond our control
Where it’s hard to exist as a spiritual soul,
When being uncaring and brutal is a better fit
But I am not that cold so I suffer quite a bit,
But I will not let it change me I will just resist
Letting it drag me into life’s polluted cesspit,
I will share my love and I will radiate light
Even in the face of such evil demonic might,
Because I believe in staying true and you should to
And be authentic in every single thing you do.
