It is said to incentivise people in charge that inducements and corporate events and activities do the job but for the wealth producing workers you should incentivise them through offering more hours of work, doing more of the same they do all day. That’s not an inducement anywhere near as equal to what those above get. This is what defines the inequality in the workplace and life.
