Egyptian sounds are so unique

So much like a dreamlike Mohab chic,

I hear it being played by the levantine

Middle eastern delights are so serene,

There are echoes of deserts,

Of pyramids and Pharaohs,

A return to ancient times so old,

Of silks, spice, pottery and antiquities

A time of Cleopatra and Mark Antony,

Egyptian sounds are so unique

Of Tutankhamun and the old pharaoh Ramesses.
