My heart breaks

Every dead Palastinian child I see

I see in them my own children and grandchildren ,

And it fills me with horror and total fear

And I know for the grace of God we go,

And the images of them ripped from life leaves me in tears.

    There is a lot of food for thought here, as one’s heart shreds and breaks. Maybe this is where and when the darkness breaks too. The dynamic of persecutor/victim/rescuer which circles around and around…..thank you.
