I don’t care if you’re religious or not,

I want to know if you’re kind or not,

It doesn’t’t matter to me who is your God

As long as your soul is just and good,

I do not follow man made doctrines

That lays down any religious views,

I know what’s right and wrong so I can choose

My own behaviour and my own route,

And if you share love and light

And you follow your heart on what is right,

And you emanate, care and compassion

Then that’s all good, the future will be bright,

So those who choose to use religion for division,

They are not full of kindness, love and light,

They are just finding various ways and means

To justify the reason, for starting the wars they fight,

They are simply exploiting a God to increase their power and might,

And that is an affront against my spiritual belief

That everybody has the right to share in love and peace,

No matter your colour, nationality, gender or sexuality

If compassion and caring is something they believe.
