Alpha types and not the strongest

They are just the most basic and cruel,

They feed on what’s good for them and no one else

They are predatory and narcissistic,

They are often scarred and wounded

From past failings from being weak,

And now the overcompensate in hope others don’t see

Them in their true pitiful pain and misery,

Like the lion and the lioness, it’s clear who is stronger

But the lioness tolerates to a point the hierarchy,

That nature put in place for the pride

But we are no animals and mankind doesn’t need,

Corruptible, predatory, alpha leading,

They need visionaries who understand love, compassion and kindness,

Those that care for all and share equally

Without the belief that being powerful is a necessity,

Instead of in the form of physicality but within the realms of intelligence,

This is what will make mankind more resilient.
