Furrowed brow
Long blond hair,
A viking warrior
Strong and who dares,
To fight for honour
And for rewards,
Travelling with men
Who used axes and swords,
Brave and fierce,
No quarter ever given
Looting was their living,
From the cold windy
Norse lands of Scandinavia,
Hardened to the bitter cold
And were brave and very bold,
Now no more than memories
A lost time some still grieve.
