A head full of stuff

That doesn’t really matter,

A head full of media apps

So your the modern day mad hatter,

Sitting tuned into your mobile phone

Or glued to the TV, tablet or laptop at home,

Then ask yourself are you now owned

By something that you can’t see and is unknown,

Never seeming to understand your now controlled,

The thoughts and ideas that enter your mind

Comes from the technology however defined,

And it’s not all good, honest or trustworthy

And some of it ends up for us simply hurting,

Social media is antisocial by it’s design

Taking up most of our energy and our time.
