Do you find when you sleep
You are surprisingly awakening,
You’re not sure why
Maybe you’ve been mistaken,
But then your mind
Reminds you of some stress,
Maybe in life or work
And it causes you distress,
And it’s hard to return to sleep
Because it just won’t go away,
There’s nothing worse
Then this kind of mind play,
Broken sleep is not good at all
It’s hard to cope sometimes,
And leaves you feeling awful
Stress is life’s curse and killer,
And you know it’s the truth
Which is why we need to practice being mindful.
