I am a people person me

And the way I am is easy,

I treat people fairly as well as equally,

Speaking to people as humans

Avoiding being never condescending,

And though I may be managing them

I never see myself as being better,

As I listen and hear what they say

While understanding their ways,

I think it is vital not to rude

And not to believe only your ways right,

For none of us are gifted with the sight

Of seeing and knowing everything.

Others can have so much too bring

In the way of talent and experience,

Which is vital as a resource to explore

Which is why I never think I always know more,

Empathy and humility should be at our core

When we deal with people we’ve not met before.
