I laugh at debates about what existentialism is

Debating about how, why and if we exist,

I wonder why anybody persists and why they do not resist,

Because it is a belief rooted in being your own authority,

So whatever others think doesn’t really matter

Because if we don’t really exist here at all,

And if we are just conscious energy living a dream

Creating every moment like a movie scene,

Then we are all just rooted in futility

When arguing now it just seems like insanity,

Because nothing really exists so we are debating with ourselves,

Which is not good for our mental wellbeing or health

But then again if we only exist within our consciousness,

Then everything we say and think is simply nonsense in the end.
