Don’t be a part of a chronic generation that believes what governments do,

Don’t be a generation that accepts being used and abused,

While remaining quiet and not taking to the streets,

Refuse to be seen as distracted by phones and social media which make you weak,

Be open-minded and quizzical at all you hear and see from them,

These suited wealthy ladies and so-called gentlemen,

Who are wealthy and disconnected from the common woman and man,

Who constantly oppresses us and keeps us in poverty so that they can command,

No, don’t be a part of a generation that has lost the plot

Believing reality celebrities have got the whole lot,

Fame-seeking, greedy, materialistic decoys of distraction,

Who wants to create a fake reality to absorb you so that you do not take action,

No, do not be a part of a generation that is silent and dumbed down and shows no reaction,

Instead, be part of a generation that questions and demands more,

And say we want an end to all poverty and to all the fucking wars.
