How much money is too much?
I prefer love of which I can’t get enough,
It’s almost impossible to spend a billion
Yet for some unknown reason, some always crave more,
Yet love is a lot harder to find fina and keep
You know that kind of love that in your bloodstream creeps,
And makes you feel addicted and desperate to keep,
It’s more powerful and fulfilling than any amount of money,
It makes you kinder, more compassionate and caring
It triggers within you the need for sharing,
Whereas money makes you suspicious of everyone near,
Fills you full of anxiety, greed and outright fear,
Fearful everyone wants the billions you horde
But the truth is people want to be loved and adored,
Because that fills your heart and soul where money leaves you feeling empty,
If you seek love over wealth, then you’ll find yourself sipping from the goblet of plenty.
