The cost of life

Is getting so high,

How is anybody

Supposed to thrive,

Don’t be caught by the lie

That corporations need to rise,

The amount they charge

If they pay more,

See their profits

And you’ll know the score,

Making billions

For wealthy shareholders,

They don’t care about

Poor house holders,

They don’t care about the poor,

They only care about their shares

But they don’t share,

The wealthy the hoard,

Living now is something

Most of us can no longer afford.
