At a time Israel was competing in the Eurovision song contest,
Drones were sent by the army and dropped on a playground and a residence,
As people cheered the Israeli song and band and voted to try and see them win,
Lots of innocent people died, including women and children,
And I ask myself if it was right to allow in the contest a country of genocide,
While the kids were killed while they were playing and were now dead,
And if this is not a sign that genocide has been accepted,
I felt disgusted at the thought that Israel could actually win,
And kept on thinking of the innocents suffering and imagined,
How would I feel if they were my kith and kin.
