Catharsis has become my greatest friend

As we stop holding everything in until the end,

When I stop repressing everything that I feel

I can sense my inner soul and being start to heal,

Catharsis lets everything flow freely out

It enables us to actually scream and shout aloud,

About everything I tried to constantly suppress

And finally realise emotions in fear of duress,

And now I feel alive, I feel free and consciously wild

I feel the sensations I have not felt since a child,

Before I was conditioned to bottle everything up

Catharsis is now working so no longer give a fuck.
