Painful at times, how life can be

There’s always some joy to be found,

In our environment or in certain people

We just have to choose both wisely you see,

Never get lost in your own misery

There are always those worse off than you and me,

But also never forget there are those

Doing a whole lot better because they’re greedy,

Depriving others as or more deserving but in our society

Very few people are treated equally.
