Suffering they say makes us strong
But suffering is a sign of wrong,
It can be averted if we all care
If everyone only takes their share,
And it can resonate in our souls
If we choose to be warm not cold,
So let’s choose to unite every day
If we live and follow a conscious spiritual way.
