Help me find my mental health,

Show me light don’t make it dark

Within us all is a creative spark,

We all hold within us a secret

But most of us don’t know how to reach it,

And people think emptiness is hollow

But it doesn’t make you shallow,

For purging all the rot from inside

Should stop the toxicity and hateful slide,

And leave us cleansed and lighter

Shining from that point is so much brighter.
