A day dream illusion

Among the pines

I lay her supine,

Staring at the sky

Wondering if it’s a lie,

Our existence as we know it

Or are dimensions away,

In another time and place

Dreaming of us laying here,

And all of our tears and fears

Are all just lost in illusion,

Where a kiss of passion

That stirs our hearts and wishes,

Are just slivers if the imaginary

When in reality this moment misses,

The consciousness reality

That we are all dwelling in,

That we cannot begin to start awakening,

For our purpose has not been achieved

And when it is we will be received,

Back in our real home that we don’t know,

For it has been so long

And was forgotten, as our dream went on,

But when we do we’ll remember and shed a tear,

For all the memories of the life that we left,

The dream only lasted a short time and not years.
