Lest we forget

The man that desires

To win the Nobel Peace Prize

Is trying to bomb his way to it,

And the man who desires

To liberate the people of a nation

By killing them in a war,

Has no intellectual understanding

Of the destruction it will cause,

But when the soldiers coffins

Start returning home to rest,

We will then see this man

As one to ultimately detest,

For the man who desires to be the best

Sows misery, lest we forget.
