Openly I saw to all I hate no one, no not at all,

But sometimes it takes great restraint to stay this way

But I use spiritual practices and inner peace every day,

For to be hateful and to be toxic is a self destroying way to live

And why would I want this ruining my life,

So I remind myself each day because self love is true might.
