Treated as though they committed a crime

Exposing truths 

Exposing lies

Exposing those who should be doing the time. 

Whistleblowers take the risks

Telling people what is happening 

By others hiding behind close doors

Doing wrongs and breaking laws.

Time for us to make a stand

Time for us to demand 

That Whistleblowers get treated right

Handed back their freedoms and life.

What they do they do for good

What they do everyone else should,

Faced with the same predicament 

Exposing wrong by governments 

Is a patriotic as of the highest degree

So I say set my people free.
