Do you still believe in love?
Do you still hold out some hope?
Do you still believe in faith?
Do you the believe the truth is known?
Along the path we travel our love is often tested.
Along the path we travel our hope begins to wane.
Along the path we travel our faith comes into question.
Along the path we travel we lose sight of what’s true.
If we can stay true to self
And maintain belief in life,
If we can withstand the storm
And keep our heads up high,
Then we can live this life in compassion
And without the need for pain,
If we can maintain the light within
Enlightenment can be ours again.
