Quivering from intense passion

After the fire has died down,

Resting in the afterglow

Drifting off to calming sounds.

Feel the warmth right through my body

So fulfilled and now contented,

Wondering when next I can repeat,

The arduousness of turning up the heat,

For something burning deep inside me

A passion that is all my own,

A sense of wonder and achievement,

That at my age I can still be

Top of my game and still in shape

To exercise time and again.
