Stress overload

Head packed with TNT,

jaw clenched, teeth fused,

eyes throbbing, burning in their sockets,

neuralgic pain shooting

spikes of pain around my head

and mindfulness struggles

to cope with this sensation,

as if I am about ready

to explode,

from all the pressure and stress overload,

and I struggle to find and to connect

with the love and inner peace,

for this is all to much

and is washing over me,

like a roaring endless ceaseless sea,

explode or drown,

these are the options open to me,

universal compassion, will you please help me.

  1. Take a few days rest. Try to love your work- it reduces stress. Enjoy life and not let life enjoy you
