Another year is ready to pass

And once again people came last,

In getting just what we deserve

And being protected and preserved,

But money and power continues 

To dominate

And those who control it won’t abate,

In  their  lust for as much as they can grab,

While we end up their victims on the slab.

So we must now go our own way,

Don’t involve ourselves in the games that they play,

Lift our hopes

And lift our dreams,

Realise this life is illusory

And that we can achieve anything we need,

When we hold faith and unite,

In one humanity 

And a love for life.

Show caring and compassion,

For our fellow man

And join in peace is the only demand
And refute the government’s and corporations plan,

That are not in our interests,

Time to make a stand,

Against the system,

Against the state

And it’s strategy for instilling fear and hate.

Rise up against the establishments,

And send them all into hiding

Back to the shadows where they lurk,

For the future is not in them

But is in us and our lightworks 

Bringing light back to this world

And healing all of it’s collective global hurts.
