Question what your taught

The things we see and believe,

Are things instilled from the cradle

Designed to be believed unto the grave

But if we open up our eyes,

And if we open up our minds

And if we open up our hearts

And question everything,

Then we will realise as time goes by,

That much of what we are taught,

Is propaganda and lies,

Used to keep us in place,

Stopping us finding peace and spiritual grace

And hindering us from a happy life,

Of bliss, compassion and tolerance.

Taught we are divided,

When we can be United,

Taught to hate,

When we could love,

Taught to be angry,

Instead of kind,

Taught to be closed,

When we should have an open mind.

So question everything

And become awakened,

Look for spirituality

And feel yourself transcending,

Open up your heart and feel the kindness your embracing

And you will find the grace of life

Which cannot be mistaken.
