Stoke the fire in the heart
don’t forget to feed the soul,
always take care of the body
keep the mind under control.
Keep away the dark with light
keep the hate away with love,
do not be a soul uncaring
you can never be empathetic enough.
Then through the chakra’s
root to crown
find the grace and bliss of life
see the peace and feel the love
upon the luminescent ground.
