Slit the throat,
Break the neck,
Open up the stomach next,
Strip out the gut
And hang the carcass,
Every day animals die
For our greed,
To help us on our journey
To become obese
And we act blind to the fact,
It harms us,
Causes many illnesses,
And yet we carry on,
But meat means murder
And murdering is wrong.
