Pure of heart
And full of faith,
The beauty shone
From her fair face,
She loved her life
So uncomplicated,
She was so sophisticated,
Oozing class from every pore
She was not rich
But the clothes she wore
And the way she wore them
Made people believe,
She was upper class
And wealthy,
Yet she worked in soup kitchens
Helping out,
Feeding all those down on their luck.
She gave what little she could spare,
Because she had a soul that cared,
Because style and grace
Are not defined by class,
But the way you act
And her compassion would always last,
Through tough times
And stressful days,
But she handled it all
With total grace,
She was an angel
Divine and true,
Living life by example
Among me and you.
