The world in which we live

We live in a world where leaders say unite

whilst all the time they try to divide,

the people through xenophobia, class and greed

where they oppress anyone who does not agree.

We live in a world where leaders speak peace

while plotting foreign borders they can breach,

they talk of stop terrorism and the gun

but when it comes to terrorist acts their number one.

We are living in a world where no leaders can be trusted

so let them know we know this and that they have been busted

and start to fight for a new order that is right

that has little to do with left or right

but a system based on freedom and equality

for everybody in society,

where we all work together for a collective need,

where everything is centered on peace.

We need to build a new world that is all inclusive

and when they tell you that it’s too Utopian and elusive,

you will know what they, they mean that they won’t profit

this violence, war, hatred and greed we got to stop it.

Give back people rights no matter their colour

give people back their rights no matter their gender

give people back their rights and stop all oppressors

it’s time for us the people to turn up the pressure.
