Impermanent states

Colder days are here right now

The wind it bites my face

But like some many stages in life

This is merely an impermanent state,

Before warmer days of summer time

Caress us with its heat

And in the sunny days sublime

We should make the upmost of it,

For in the cycle of impermanence

It all goes round again,

Unless of course you make a change

Unless you decide to shift,

From doing what you do each day

A life repetitive.

Then everything changes

And new experiences occur,

The make you life renewed

And although impermanence still remains,

You can live a life you choose,

To decided how much cold is in your life

How often the wind will  bite  your face,

Or how much sun and heat you need

As you live in resplendent grace.
