No salvation in dogma

We look for safety and security

in the form of religious beliefs,

attach ourselves and submit

all of our responsibilities,

to church to priests

in hope of salvation,

in a dogmatic mechanization,

that expects your devotion

without question,

or even without being contested

but we should question everything

and devise our own spiritual belief.

It gets tired. I can never understand how the fundamentalists can keep firing people who never measure up to their dogma. Forgiveness must be some holy grail? Having lost a brother young I can never understand parents who carry on about a child being gay as though it were a death. They should be celebrating having a healthy family members and supporting them. Some people have such high quality problems they never stop to say thank you for them.

True. Life is sacred even if some idiots live it. Compassion is one bonus of so much pain. It would be worse if I never learned
