Your words are meaningless to me,

Your words that convey political or extremist beliefs,

Meaningless and hollow are these,

Clever rich Megalomaniac men saying to all, follow me.

Their words appeal to those who feel the fear,

Of the words that they hear,

They appeal to those vulnerable and weak,

Who wish to be led and be promised things

That are beyond their greatest imaginings,

They are victims of the manipulating.

Rich and clever men don’t sacrifice themselves,

They contrive to get others to and with their wealth

They sit back and watch what they conceive, 

Which ends in people bleeding in the streets,

A result of destruction caused by those with power and greed,

Who are all Meaningless to me.

For I don’t play their maniacal games,

I won’t flush my life down the drain,

For God, country, or fantasy belief

Of a paradise in heaven awaiting me.

When murder is inflicted, when harm is done,

Humanity is tarnished and divinity undone

So keep your meaningless words and preaching of hate,

I won’t buy into your fear and subjugate,

My life for your egotistical power games,

Based around your greed and the making of your name.
