They will drain every last resource from you

they will continue to always oppress what you do

they will try and silence and muffle you.

they don’t want you being herd

they don’t like you causing a stir

they want you to be compliant

keep quiet keep silent

poor people should be put to work

but not must be heard.

They force you into submission

they take your voice and rights away

what happened to out liberty

it went the same way as our privacy

over sanitized and over censored

they want to know everything about you

so that you have to ask to do anything you want to do.

It’s a messed up world that’s been created today

a maelstrom of confusion, corruption and hate

it’s a place where those in power wielding all the might

instill fear into so they can erode your rights.

People power what a joke

feel guilty if you do not vote

they say if you don’t play this game

then you be ashamed

but what the point in playing a corrupt and biased game

where only the rich prosper

where it all rigged in the favor

you think you are exercising your rights

but they are laughing at you, those who hold the might

because they can’t believe

you buy into this every time without even a fight.

Left and right wing candidates being fed to you

live the illusion you had the right to choose

it’s like choosing between darkness and pitch black

real choices you will lack

and which ever party that you choose

will do the same and use and exploit you

and look after their own interests ahead of me and you

because it’s a messed up system

and a messed up place

it’s a privileged establishment

a corrupt state

where the rich and the powerful

sacrifice the poor be it in terrorist acts or fighting futile wars

or giving up their lives on the production line

they exploit us time after time

I will not die for a government

that will not die for me

I will not remain compliant as they amass their greed.
