Is it too much to ask that globally
we make more of an effort to keep our air clean,
pass bill,
pass laws,
not based on greed
and turn your backs on those who lobby,
for the multinational corporations
poisoning our home,
make areas a polluted zone,
is it too much to ask
for the sake of the bees,
and stop the madness of cutting down the Amazons trees.
Is it too much to ask to turn to green energy,
reject fracking as it’s simply more about greed,
listen to the people who all agree,
we need a cleaner Earth and air that we can breathe.
