A need to eat better

I need to eat better,

I need maybe to eat less,

So why is it bad food

Taste the best,

All sugar no doubt

And it’s hard to resist,

When you have been brought up

To eat  and not think too much

About the consequences of what you eat.

I have a million excuses

And very little will power,

I need to change this,

I need to eat better,

I need to eat less,

Take notice of everything,

Ingnore the cravings,

Care more for my health,

Care more for my body,

I need to eat better,

I need to eat less.

Now pass the cheesecake please!

    Dietitians can be useful in a variety of ways. Always got to get the distance in your legs too and do your work. I had one help me immensely.

    Same here but my eating habits haven’t come from not thinking about what I eat. In fact, it’s an issue of lack. Healthy foods cost more than unhealthy foods. In any event, it can be done, the change that is.
