Can you see the precipice,

can you feel the precipice,

it’s edging closer all the time

focus on it, within your mind,

see how the storm clouds gather

feel the chill that is in the air,

as you feel the precipice nearing

ignore it at your peril, I dare.

To much war and destruction

of natures environment,

to much exploitation of it’s resources,

by all the global governments

to much pollution air, land and sea

nobody listening to our pleas.
