A catapulted life in dismay

can often  be found meaningless and grey,

and yet there is always hope

so don’t lose sight of this and try to cope,

for out of hard times can come good

we have to strive through all the deadwood,

of a life that throws at you

all the negative feeling that you never knew

but you can rise above this all and catapult yourself

back into light and love and peace

through keeping an open heart

and however life may assail you,

your’e strong enough to push on through

for you are an amazing soul of bliss,

and I will always stand by you

to help you get through this.
