Grasping life
Embracing death,
Thoughts of duality
In my head,
The courage to live
Or bravery in dying,
Feel others loss
Hear their crying,
Life lasts in a blink of an eye
But in that same blink
We can die,
So making the most
Of life is vital,
Taking opportunities
Becomes crucial,
Know that when death visits
It will be rueful,
Don’t live in complacency
And die with regret,
Take this advice
While there is hope yet.
