I manifest myself through love

and through my spiritual nature,

which comes from being benevolent

springing forth for universal compassion,

I create all with my own mind

through consciousness sublime,

I manifest all this from the source that is creation.

We all are as one, made up from energy,

we are all that which we choose to believe,

we are without a doubt spiritual beings

living a life experiencing things as human beings,

and all that is created is illusory.

If you want to discover your real self

then you need to go within,

for when you do this practice

you will find true reality,

just sit in meditation

and focus on the stillness of your mind

and then within the solitude you will then find,

the true authentic spiritual you.
