The haunting sound of a whale
Resonates as it swims the sea,
This great beast swims and feeds
But some end up beached,
Huge lifeless form washed up on shore,
What took this great beast down?
What caused it’s life to end so sadly?
Its because we live so badly.
An autopsy shows it’s stomach
Full of plastic,
Junk that we as a humanity
Threw in the sea,
Oh, the shame that we are to blame
Being the cause of death,
For this great graceful beast.
