Fear blinds us

Fear makes us hide away

Fear makes us closed to anything new

Fear isolates us

Fear stops us becoming conscious

Fear stops awakening

Fear stops transcendence

Fear stops us feeling love

Fear stops compassion

Fear stops tolerance

Fear stops us from being who we wish to be

Fear stops us doing what we wish to do

Fear stops us saying what we want to say

Fear stops us in every way

From being human

From being free

From letting go of this illusory

And connecting to reality.

    Ah, but fear can also protect. It can turn one away from actions that should not be taken.

      Is that fear or intelligence and common sense logic? Yes some fear is required on some level but not if it controls us, only if it protects us.
