Half the world eats the pies, while the other half starves and dies

There is not much scarcity

in a world where half the world

suffers from obesity,

there is no sense in saying

that there is not enough to go round.

The truth is that half the world

is obsessed with greed,

and the other half is

living life in abject poverty and need,

it’s a crazy world that we live in

and I have my own misgivings,

that it is ever capable of change

and this drives me insane.
