We look for heroes
To save the day,
We want the obstacles of life
Out of the way,
Yet we don’t see,
What staring us in the face,
We can be our heroes
If we try.
We can be our own heroes
If we reach inside,
We can be our own heroes
If we understand,
That being a heroes
Just means making a stand,
For what you believe in
And what you want to achieve,
And what you see is right,
Then be that hero,
Go stand and fight the good fight.
