I feel things dissolving,

Through exploitation,

Things are not evolving,

I feel the hurt the pain,

I feel our nature’s getting in the way

And as the darkness grows

I see s few chinks of light,

Few souls doing

What is truly right,

Toiling away in the shadows of the night,

I feel things dissolving,

In a world that should be evolving,

To many just don’t care,

Just expect everything they need to be there,

They want it all but not enough to care,

They say they are concerned

But they never seem to share,

I feel things dissolving,

In a world that should be evolving,

I feel the hurt ,

I feel the pain,

Is our nature the thing to blame,

We want to much

Yet put so little back.

There are those trying to make a difference,

There are those who, shine a light,

We have to stop dissolving,

We have to learn to unite,

If we want a world that is evolving,

Not dissolving out of sight.
